REFUND POLICY 

If an item isn't the perfect match and you decide it is not for you, you can return it for a full refund within 28 days of delivery*. The product must be in a resalable condition for a full refund. A resalable condition is defined as the same condition as it was purchased. We reserve the right to refuse a return on items deemed not to be resalable. Once we have received your returned item and it is deemed in resalable condition, your refund will be processed within 3-5 working days. We reserve the right to wait for your goods to be returned before refunding.

(*) The day you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.

START A RETURN

You can return your product to us within 28-days from the date of delivery*, by contacting us at sales@okoform.com and quoting your order number. 

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Mainland UK: The cost of returning the item is free of charge for Mainland UK only. 

Rest of the word: Customers outside mainland UK will be responsible for return & shipment cost.

 DAMAGED ITEMS OR MISSING PARTS

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please inform us straight away by contacting us at sales@okoform.com so that we can look into providing a replacement unit or part(s). Report a damaged item by contacting us within 7 days of delivery*. Please note, you may have to upload a picture of the damaged item. 

We think it's best if you inspect your item upon delivery in case of any damage to the order in transit. 

If your package appears severely damaged upon delivery, please write down "Package Damaged" when signing the delivery slip. After which, you can contact us for a replacement unit. 

 

 PRODUCT WARRANTY

We want to reassure you that when you decide to buy one of our products, you are buying the best product possible. If something goes wrong with the product we want you to know we've got you covered. That's where our warranty comes in.

All ökoform desks are covered by a non-transferable warranty against defects in material or workmanship that affect your ability to use the product as intended, and that appear due to normal use during the applicable warranty period. The warranty does not cover product failures due to any of the following:

  • Misuse or abuse
  • Changes in surface finish, including textures
  • Normal wear and tear
  • Dye transfers
  • Modifications made by the user
  • Failure to install the product in accordance with product instructions and warnings
  • Damages or marks caused by sharp objects

APPLICABLE WARRANTY PERIODS

All heated desktops include a 3-year warranty from the date of purchase

ökoform static and height-adjustable frame

All frames include a 1-year warranty from the date of purchase

If any defect covered by this warranty is discovered, we will send out a replacement part and ask for the defective product to be returned to us. We will cover the shipping costs for the replacement product and for the returned product.
